A core belief session finds the root cause of why we exhibit certain behaviors. For instance, a person who has a negative core belief about their body will never accept that they look fine and healthy. They will only believe that they are flawed when they look at themselves.
Core beliefs will cause us to act in unhealthy ways even if we don’t desire to do so. A negative Core Belief will keep us from making progress, reaching goals, and hurt our relationships with those that we care about. Having a negative Core Belief will make us look at ourselves or a situation in a negative way, regardless of the actual circumstances.
Please note that Core belief sessions are extensive sessions that may take up to two hours in length.
