Emotion Code
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the Emotion Code work?
Have you ever heard that you only use 10 percent of your brain? Technically, this is not true. We use 100 percent of our brain, 10 percent being the conscious part of which we can easily recall things from and the other 90 percent is buried in our subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind knows everything you have ever done, every person you have ever seen and everything that has happened in your life. The Emotion Code uses muscle testing to ask the subconscious mind what negative emotions are trapped within the body. Once identified, these emotions are released through the governing meridian.
What is muscle testing?
Muscle testing is the process of using pressure on the arm while asking the subconscious a “yes” or “no” question. The subconscious does not lie. So muscle testing is like using the body as a human polygraph test. When we muscle test, we can identify the trapped emotions that are negatively affecting us. We identify these emotions by using the Emotion Code chart and asking “yes” or “no” questions about when the emotion was trapped. We can usually even figure out the age something occurred within a year or two. Muscle testing can be used when a session is done in person or by proxy testing.
What is proxy testing?
We are energetic beings, and we are all connected energetically through the subconscious. Because of this, we can be a proxy for another person. Our bodies have an amazing ability to put aside its own needs for the benefit of someone else. Therefore, a practioner can ask questions about your body and identify correct answers through connecting subconsciously. It is similar to how radio transmissions are sent over the air, or how you can use your cell phone to call someone across the world in seconds. These transmissions that we are familiar with are energetically sent the same as the information is sent through our subconscious minds.
It is a great way to work with an Emotion Code practitioner when it is not convenient to physically meet because of distance or time constraints.
How does the Emotion Code practitioner do proxy testing?
First, permission is granted by the client. Proxy testing can only be done with permission from the person who is being tested. The Emotion Code Practitioner uses muscle testing on themselves to determine which Client’s emotions are trapped. Then they are able to release the emotions from the Client even if they are separated by distance.
Proxy can also be done on children under 18 with the parent or legal guardian’s permission.
How often can I do the Emotion Code?
That depends on the processing time. The Emotion Code practitioner will ask during the session what is the recommended processing time. Generally it is from 2 to 5 days, mainly depending on what is found during the session. It is usually best to wait until the body is through processing before having another session.
How can I expect to feel while processing?
During the session, some people feel an intense emotional release, pain relief, happiness, joyfulness or even more energy. Some people may feel nothing during or right after a session.
Sometimes, a Client will have symptoms after a session. These symptoms are usually rare and will go away after the processing time.
Some symptoms are:
Crying
Fatigue
Feeling emotional
Nausea
Irritability
Headache
Processing time can be made easier by drinking lots of water and getting plenty of rest.
Is the Emotion Code safe?
Yes! It is completely non-invasive. It can even be used on children and animals.
Is the Emotion Code
Heart-Wall
What is a Heart-Wall? A Heart-Wall is something our body puts in place to protect us from emotional harm. It is usually made of a symbolic material that is relevant to the things that were happening to us at the time we began to build the wall. For instance, if you begin to build the Heart-Wall at age 5, it could be made of something that a five year old child would relate to such as a building block or toy.
Imagine a negative emotion that is symbolically made of a brick. When we feel a deep emotion such as Unworthy, Worthless, Shock, etc., we begin to build an emotional wall around our heart. Over time and with each emotional “brick”, this wall just becomes thicker and more substantial. Eventually this imaginary brick wall blocks our ability to give and receive love. Even from our most precious loved ones.
When the Heart-Wall is removed, it not only helps us feel better emotionally but we are able to give and receive love more freely. We are able to more fully love our families, friends, co-workers and other people in our life.
What are the benefits of the Emotion Code?
Feeling more emotionally stable, lighter, happier, more carefree.
Reduction in stress, better sleep and improvement in emotional well-being.
Being able to break emotional patterns in our life that we don’t like such as anger, bitterness, guilt, etc.
Living life without the restricting bonds of a Heart-Wall. Which allows us to give and receive love easily and abundantly.
Enjoying better relationships with those we love and care for.
Having a more positive outlook for the future.
The Emotion Code can also sometimes help relieve physical pain and discomfort.
